Website Account Registration

Please register for an account. To view specific content on the HOA website, you must have a website membership account. We need to verify that you are actually a homeowner prior to approving your website membership.

  • HOA Dues and Fees
    • Dues are paid annually and include Internet and Television provided through Spectrum Community Solutions (see Utilities below).
    • Visit the HOA Dues page for more information. (Website membership is required to view the page.)
  • Pool Access
    • Each household must sign a waiver and will be provided two (2) Key Fobs for pool access. Homeowners are responsible for following all posted pool rules.
    • Visit the Pool Information page to request new or replacement Key Fobs. (Website membership is required to view the page.)

Utilities

  • Internet / Television
    • Provided by Spectrum Community Solutions and managed by the HOA.
    • HOA Dues includes Internet (500 Mbps downloads / 20 Mbps uploads) & basic TV package with modem, router, and two (2) set top boxes.
    • Upgrade packages are available and paid directly to Spectrum. For upgrades, call 833-697-7328.
    • To setup service on a newly built home:
      • Contact the HOA Spectrum Administrator (use Contact Us form on this page). A Certificate of Occupancy is required and will need to be submitted to the HOA to setup service.
      • Do not call Spectrum prior to obtaining and submitting the Certificate of Occupancy.
    • To setup service to an existing home:
      • Call: 833-697-7328
      • Mention: I don’t have an account & setting up new service
      • 1-time installation fee of $49.99 will be required.
    • When moving out:
      • Call 833-697-7328 and let them know you are moving.
      • Give them your address and ask for a UPS shipping box. One will be sent to your address.
      • Residents are responsible for their equipment, not the HOA. Unreturned equipment will be billed to the resident who ordered it. 
      • Do NOT leave equipment in the house.

    • Provided by Birmingham Water Works

  • Garbage / Recycling / Brush
    • Service is provided free of charge to residents of Trussville.
    • Garbage & recycling containers should be left at an existing home. A new cart will be ordered and delivered when a new home is occupied.
    • Pickup for both garbage and recycling is on Thursdays.
