Your privacy is very important! This site uses industry standard TLS encryption for all content. All user accounts are validated prior to approving membership.

By default, your information will be included in the Member Directory. The Directory is only available to those who are logged in (it is not publicly available). It will display your name, phone, email, and address. You can think of it as a private neighborhood phonebook.

The Crossing at Deerfoot HOA will use this website and the Member Directory to communicate official HOA business, and provide news and other community updates to residents. The email and phone number provided will be used to share these updates. Text messages (SMS) will only be used for the most important updates and reminders. Text and data rates may apply for SMS messaging.

If you do not want to be included in the directory, you can hide your profile (after creating your account). Here’s how: Log in and find the top menu bar, click Account -> Settings. Click the Privacy link and Select Yes under the ‘Hide my profile from directory‘. In addition, you will find other information and options regarding your privacy.
